Airport funding programs, ACAP and a new growth and resilience program: Seeking the establishment of a new Small and Medium Airports Growth and Resilience program for economic and growth infrastructure, and recapitalization of the underfunded Airports Capital Assistance Program to meet safety, security, rehabilitation and economic development needs at airports that fall outside current program eligibility.

Read more
Les Armateurs du Saint-Laurent (ASL) demandent au gouvernement fédéral de renouveler et d’accroître son appui à l’industrie du transport maritime de courte distance (TMCD). Pour ce faire, l’ASL sollicite l’engagement du gouvernement fédéral à : Soutenir et cofinancer la mise à jour de l’étude sur le TMCD, afin d’identifier les obstacles actuels, les occasions à saisir et les recommandations concrètes à mettre en œuvre ; Investir dans les infrastructures maritimes et les cadres politiques qui renforcent la résilience et la compétitivité du secteur du transport maritime de courte distance ; Reconnaître le transport maritime de courte distance comme un mode de transport stratégique et durable, contribuant aux objectifs économiques, environnementaux et logistiques du Canada;
